Duration of Agreement14.5 This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from the latest date of ratification by the parties to June 30, 2011, after which this Agreement shall continue on a month to month basis until a new agreement has been ratified by the parties. For the 2010-11 academic year, the parties may reopen on Article 4 plus two Articles selected by each party. Ratified and Accepted - May 31, 2011 |
